Afterward, enjoy the soothing process of warming up, embracing the sense of vitality and rejuvenation that follows. This event is your chance to explore the incredible benefits of ice baths and mindfulness in a supportive, guided setting.

Theory & techniques 15:00-15:20
Start with a brief overview of the benefits of ice baths and the importance of controlled breathing. Learn about the science behind these practices and how they impact the body and mind.
Meditation 15:20-15:40
Engage in a guided meditation to center your thoughts and calm your mind. This session will help you prepare mentally for the breathwork and ice bath experience.
Breathwork 15:40-16:00
Practice specific breathing techniques designed to enhance your ability to handle cold exposure. These exercises will help regulate your body’s response and maintain calmness during the ice bath.
Ice bath 16:00-16:20
Experience the ice bath, using the learned breathing techniques to stay composed. Submerge in cold water to boost circulation, reduce inflammation, and build mental resilience.
Warmup around the fireplace 16:20-16:40
Gather around a warm fireplace to gently warm up your body. Enjoy the soothing heat while reflecting on the experience and sharing your thoughts with others.
Tea & snacks 16:40-17:00
Relax and socialize with a selection of warm teas and healthy snacks. This is a time to unwind, connect with fellow participants, and discuss your experiences.
